- Use of the Website
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Products & Orders
All products offered by The Chic Decor are subject to availability.
Many of our items are made to order or produced on demand. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Please note:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur
- Screen displays may affect color appearance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraud.
- Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
- Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Most products are made to order. Processing and production typically take 3–7 business days before shipment.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) is approximately 10–22 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Chic Decor is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Carrier delays, customs processing, or weather disruptions
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Due to the nature of our products:
- All made-to-order and custom items are final sale
- Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun
This includes, but is not limited to, custom wall art and canvas prints.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Made-to-order or custom products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Claims submitted outside the allowed timeframe
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders that are refused or returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failure to accept delivery
- Failure to respond to carrier contact attempts
may not be eligible for a refund. Additional fees may apply to reship the order.
- Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact The Chic Decor directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Loss of refund eligibility
- Suspension of future purchasing privileges
- Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of The Chic Decor or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Chic Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
